General information

The 3rd Congress of the European Group – International Society for Apheresis (E-ISFA) was held as a joint event with the 13th Congress of the International Society of Apheresis (ISFA) in virutal form. The first joint congress took place from March 17 to 20, 2021 and attracted more than 500 delegates from allover the world.

CME credits and other certifications

  • The congress was recognised by the Saxon State Medical Association as an advanced training event and certified with 3 CME points per half day of the event. Confirmation of participation will be sent out shortly.
  • Die Pflegefortbildung wurde von der Registrierung beruflich Pflegender mit 12 Weiterbildungspunkten zertifiziert.
    The continuing nursing education was certified by the Registration of Professional Nurses with 12 continuing education
    points.
  • Die lipidologische Fortbildung am Freitagnachmittag wird von der DGFF (Lipid-Liga) als Fortbildung für Lipidologen anerkannt.

Congress language

The official congress language is English. The program for scientists/ physicians will be held in English but the sessions for nurses will be held in German.
