When registering for the congress the General Terms and Conditions are accepted and bindingly apply.

Payment methods 
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. 
For paying by bank transfer you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.
Please note: When registering for the early fee the payment by bank transfer must be conducted until February 15, 2021. Otherwise the higher fee automatically applies for the registration and you will receive a new invoice from the Congress Secretariat subsequently.

Cancellation of registration
All registration changes and cancellations must be communicated to K.I.T. Group in written form, i.e. via email, mail or fax. For any cancellations received by February, 15 2021, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies. No refund will be given for any cancellations made after February 15, 2021, and the claim for the full payment of all registration fees remains, respectively. In case of cancellations due to rejection of the submitted abstract, your registration will be cancelled without any cancellation fee.
No refund will be given for unattended events, in case of illness or early termination of attendance.
